围术期全程无缝隙护理在关节镜辅助前交叉韧带重建术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨围术期全程无缝隙护理在关节镜辅助前交叉韧带重建术中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月在广东省中医院二沙岛医院就诊的70例行关节镜辅助前交叉韧带重建术患者,根据实施的不同护理方法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程无缝隙护理,比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、手术前后膝关节功能、护理期间不良事件发生情况和护理后对护理满意度。结果术后24和48 h,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分较对照组降低;术后12个月,观察组Lysholm膝关节评分表评分较对照组升高;观察组不良事件总发生率较对照组降低,对护理总满意度较对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论在关节镜辅助前交叉韧带重建术中实施围术期全程无缝隙护理可有效缓解患者疼痛,提高膝关节功能,降低不良事件发生,并提高对护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative whole course seamless nursing in arthroscopic assisted anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing arthroscopic assisted anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in Ersha Island Hospital,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given whole course seamless nursing.The postoperative pain degree,knee joint function before and after operation,adverse events during nursing and nursing satisfaction after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results At 24 and 48 h after operation,the Visual Analog Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;at 12 months after operation,the Lysholm knee score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction of nursing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of perioperative seamless nursing in arthroscopic assisted anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction can effectively relieve the pain of patients,improve knee function,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
