“互联网+”健康教育模式联合行为护理在宫颈癌术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察“互联网+”健康教育模式联合行为护理在宫颈癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年6月济南市中西医结合医院收治的62例行根治手术治疗的宫颈癌患者,按照护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施“互联网+”健康教育模式联合行为护理。比较两组护理前后自我护理能力、生存质量、疾病认知度、护理满意度、护理依从性、自我效能感、焦虑情绪及睡眠质量。结果护理后,观察组自我护理能力量表和世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表-100各维度评分、疾病认知度、护理满意度、护理依从性、一般自我效能感量表评分均高于对照组,焦虑自评量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”健康教育模式联合行为护理能够提高宫颈癌患者术后自我护理能力、生存质量、疾病认知度、护理满意度、护理依从性和自我效能感,降低患者的焦虑情绪,并改善其睡眠质量。Objective To observe the application effect of"Internet+"health education model combined with behavioral nursing in patients with cervical cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients with cervical cancer who underwent radical surgery in Ji'nan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given"Internet+"health education model combined with behavioral nursing.The self-care ability,quality of life,disease awareness,nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance,self-efficacy,anxiety and sleep quality were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the scores of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale and World Health Organization Quality of Life-100,disease awareness,nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance and General Self-Efficacy Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The"Internet+"health education model combined with behavioral nursing can improve the postoperative self-care ability,quality of life,disease awareness,nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance and self-efficacy of patients with cervical cancer,reduce the anxiety of patients,and improve their sleep quality.
