摘  要:现阶段,三级综合医院儿科由于护理对象的特殊性及医院重视程度等原因,其发展受到巨大挑战。本文以广安市某三级甲等综合医院儿科为例,采用SWOT分析法对儿科护理团队的发展进行全面分析,探讨其面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。通过分析医院高度重视与支持、儿科护理团队凝聚力较强以及儿科医疗护理需求增加等方面的优势,结合护理管理模式传统固化和岗位绩效激励政策不足等方面的劣势,提出了儿科护理团队的发展策略,以期为儿科护理团队的发展规划提供理论依据。At present,the development of pediatrics in tertiary general hospitals is greatly challenged due to the particularity of nursing objects and the importance attached by hospitals.Taking the pediatrics of a tertiary general hospital in Guang'an as an example,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to comprehensively analyze the development of pediatric nursing team,and discusses its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.By analyzing the advantages of the hospital's high attention and support,the strong cohesion of the pediatric nursing team and the increase in the demand for pediatric medical care,combined with the disadvantages of the traditional solidification of the nursing management model and the lack of job performance incentive policies,the development strategy of the pediatric nursing team was proposed in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development planning of the pediatric nursing team.
