从数字壁垒到数字红利:数字普惠金融发展对农村居民幸福感的影响研究

摘　　要：提升农村居民幸福感是当前我国社会迫切需要解决的问题,也是我国经济发展的重要任务。文章基于数字普惠金融与中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)居民满意度调查问卷的数据,通过因子分析法构建数字普惠金融指数和满意度指数,探讨我国数字普惠金融发展对居民幸福感的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明:(1)我国数字普惠金融发展与居民幸福感之间存在U型关系;(2)数字普惠金融早期会给居民带来适应性成本,造成数字壁垒,而数字普惠金融后期能够降低城乡居民收入差距、提高居民金融素养,从而实现数字红利;(3)数字普惠金融对农村居民幸福感的促进作用在东部地区、大城市地区中明显,凸显数字金融的普惠作用。(4)数字普惠金融存在一定的空间溢出效果,对相邻地区的居民幸福度同样存在数字壁垒和数字红利现象,初期显著抑制,后期有效提升。To improve the happiness of rural residents is an urgent problem for our society and an important task for our economic development.Based on the data of residents’ satisfaction questionnaire of digital inclusive finance and China Household Tracking Survey (CFPS),this paper constructs digital inclusive finance index and satisfaction index through factor analysis,and discusses the impact of the development of digital inclusive finance on residents’ happiness and its mechanism.The results show that:(1) there is a U-shaped relationship between the development of digital inclusive finance and residents’ happiness;(2) In the early stage,digital inclusive finance will bring adaptive costs to residents and create digital barriers,while in the later stage,digital inclusive finance can reduce the income gap between urban and rural residents and improve residents’ financial literacy,thus realizing digital dividends;(3) The promotion effect of digital inclusive finance on the happiness of rural residents is obvious in the eastern region and big cities,highlighting the inclusive role of digital finance.(4) Digital inclusive finance has a certain spatial spillover effect,and there are also digital barriers and digital dividends on the happiness of residents in neighboring areas,which are significantly inhibited in the initial stage and effectively improved in the later stage.
