摘　　要：脑小血管病(CSVD)是一组影响脑内小血管的病变,与认知障碍、步态异常、睡眠障碍等多种临床表现有关。近年来,CSVD与睡眠障碍之间的关系逐渐引起广泛关注。本文分别围绕脑小血管病与阻塞性或中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征、不宁腿综合征和失眠等睡眠障碍疾病之间的相关性研究作一综述,以及分析睡眠障碍引起脑小血管病的机制,并提出了未来研究方向。Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a spectrum of pathological conditions affecting intracranial small blood vessels and is associated with a variety of clinical manifestations,including cognitive impairment,gait abnormalities,and sleep disorders.In recent years,the association between CSVD and sleep disorders has attracted increasing attention.This article reviews the association of CSVD with various sleep disorders such as obstructive/central sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome,restless legs syndrome,and insomnia,analyzes the mechanisms by which sleep disorders cause CSVD,and proposes potential directions for future research.
