艾加莫德治疗复发的重症抗NMDAR脑炎合并MOGAD 1例报告

摘　　要：本文报道1例应用艾加莫德治疗重症复发性抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)脑炎合并髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白抗体相关疾病(MOGAD)患者的临床特点及预后。神经免疫重叠综合征临床表现复杂,对于一线治疗效果不佳者,新型FcRn拮抗剂艾加莫德可能有效。This article reports the clinical features and prognosis of a patient with severe recurrent anti-N⁃methyl⁃D⁃aspartate receptor encephalitis comorbid with myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disorders(MOGAD)who was treated with efgartigimod.Neuroimmune overlap syndrome has complex clinical manifestations,and the novel FcRn antagonist efgartigimod may be effective in patients who do not respond well to first-line treatment.
