摘　　要：目的探究子宫肌瘤(UM)患者中医证素特征与实验室检查指标的关系。方法分析2023年2月-2023年10月就诊于成都中医药大学附属医院104例UM患者的证素分布特征,探讨中医证素分布与肝肾功能、肿瘤指标、血常规、凝血功能的关系。结果本研究发现UM主要病位证素为胞宫、肝、脾、肾,主要病性证素为气滞、阳虚、气虚、湿。胞宫、肝与碱性磷酸酶(AKP)具有相关性;肾、膀胱与谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)具有相关性;病性均与白细胞计数相关,与凝血功能无关。结论UM主要病位在胞宫,血瘀是重要的病理因素;AKP可影响女性子宫的健康状态;GGT与肾脏损伤密切相关;“气血失调”是UM引起阴阳失衡的关键。Objective:To explore the correlation between the syndrome characteristics of uterine myoma(UM)patients and laboratory examination indicators.Methods:The syndrome distribution characteristics of 104 UM patients who visited The Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to October 2023 were analyzed to investigate the correlation between TCM syndrome distribution and liver and kidney functions,tumor markers,routine blood test and coagulation function.Results:The study found that the main syndrome locations were the uterus,liver,spleen and kidneys,and the main syndrome types were qi stagnation,yang deficiency,qi deficiency and dampness.The uterus and liver had correlations with alkaline phosphatase(AKP),the kidneys and bladder had correlations with gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT),and all syndromes were correlated with white blood cell count but not with coagulation function.Conclusion:UM mainly affects the uterus,with blood stasis being an important pathological factor.AKP can affect women s uterine health.GGT is closely related to kidney injury.“Qi and blood imbalance”is the key to the yin-yang imbalance caused by UM.
