中药配方颗粒“三黄解毒洗液”外治湿热型寻常痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药配方颗粒“三黄解毒洗液”外治湿热型寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取湿热型寻常痤疮患者70例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各35例,治疗组予以三黄解毒洗液外用,对照组予以那氟沙星乳膏外用,持续4周,对2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、痤疮严重程度、生活质量、安全性及复发率进行观察及比较、分析。结果治疗组总有效率85.71%,高于对照组73.53%(P<0.05);经治疗后2组痤疮严重程度评分、DLQI量表评分均较治疗前水平降低,且治疗组评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三黄解毒洗液治疗湿热型寻常痤疮疗效显著,可明显改善患者的皮损情况及生活质量,安全性良好,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanhuang Detoxification Lotion in the external treatment of common acne patients with damp-heat type.Methods:70 common acne patients with damp-heat type were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,35 cases each group.The treatment group applied Sanhuang Detoxification Lotion externally and the control group applied Nafloxacin cream externally,both for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,acne severity,quality of life,safety,and recurrence rate of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:The treatment group had a total effective rate of 85.71%,higher than 73.53%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the acne severity scores and DLQI scale scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,with the treatment group showing significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanhuang Detoxification Lotion is effective in the treatment of common acne patients with damp-heat type,significantly improving their skin lesions and quality of life,with good safety and low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
