摘　　要：目的探讨阿那日五味散对营养性肥胖大鼠鼠的减肥降脂作用。方法将30只SD大鼠,按体重随机分正常组、模型组、实验组等3组,每组10只。正常组喂养基础饲料,其余2组喂养高脂饲料。实验组每日灌胃阿那日五味散2.4g/kg,正常组和模型组给同体积的生理盐水灌胃处理。每周测量1次体重,连续给药8周后10%水合氯醛麻醉各组大鼠,测体长,计算体重增加率和Lee s值。腹主动脉采血,取血清、测量TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C含量。取腹腔生殖器周围脂肪,计算脂肪系数。结果与正常组比较模型组大鼠体质增加率、Lee s值、脂肪系数以及以及TG、TC、LDL-C含量均显著性升高(P<0.01),与模型组比较实验组大鼠上述指标均显著性降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),实验组大鼠体重增加率低于正常组,Lee s值和TG含量与正常组无差异。结论阿那日五味散确有一定的抗肥胖和改善脂质代谢作用,对HDL-C作用不明显。Objective:To study the weight loss and lipid-lowering effects of Anari Five-taste Powder on nutrition-induced obese rats.Methods:30 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal group,model group and experimental group,10 rats each group.The normal group was fed with basic feed,and the other two groups were fed with high-fat feed.The experimental group was gavaged with 2.4g/kg of Anari Five-taste Powder daily and the normal and model groups were gavaged with the same volume of saline.The weight was measured once a week.After 8 successive weeks of treatment,the rats of each group were given 10%chloral hydrate anesthesia and their body length,weight gain rate and Lee's value were measured and counted.The abdominal aorta blood and serum were collected to measure the lipid levels(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C).The abdominal perigenital fat was taken to count their fat coefficients.Results:Compared to the normal group,the model group rats had significantly higher weight gain rate,Lee s value,fat coefficient,as well as TG,TC,and LDL-C levels(P<0.01).Compared to the model group,the experimental group had significantly lower indicators(P<0.01 or P<0.05),with the weight gain rate lower than that of the normal group,and Lee s value and TG levels not significantly different from the normal group.Conclusion:Anari Five-taste Powder has a significant anti-obesity and lipid metabolism improvement effect,with no obvious effect on HDL-C.
