腕踝针联合中药塌渍治疗神经根型颈椎病的回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的观察腕踝针联合中药塌渍治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效,探讨标本根结理论在腕踝针疗法中的作用机制。方法回顾性分析2021年4月—2023年4月就诊于辽宁中医药大学附属医院骨伤康复三科的139例神经根型颈椎病患者,根据治疗方法的不同,将其分为观察组与对照组。观察组治疗患者72例,对照组治疗患者67例,观察组采用腕踝针+中药塌渍治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗+中药塌渍治疗,每周治疗4次,4次为1个治疗周期,疗程为2周。对比疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)和治疗前后2组疗效评定标准。结果治疗后2组VAS评分和NDI评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组的降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组分别达到了90.27%和83.58%的总有效率,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针联合中药塌渍对神经根型颈椎病的临床症状能起到有效的缓解作用,在临床上显示出较好的疗效。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal poultice in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy and to explore the mechanism of action based on the theory of“synergistic treatment of symptoms and root causes.”Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 139 patients diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy at the Department of Orthopedic Rehabilitation,The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,between April 2021 and April 2023.The patients were divided into an observation group(n=72)and a control group(n=67)based on treatment modalities.The observation group received wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal poultice while the control group received conventional acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal poultice.The treatment was administered four times per week,with each cycle consisting of four sessions,for a total treatment duration of two weeks.Clinical outcomes were assessed by using the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)for pain,the Neck Disability Index(NDI),and overall treatment efficacy before and after treatment.Results:Both groups showed significant reductions in VAS and NDI scores after treatment(P<0.05),with the reduction being more pronounced in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.27%in the observation group and 83.58%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal poultice is effective in alleviating symptoms of cervical radiculopathy,demonstrating significant clinical efficacy.
