鹿角结合八珍汤合五味消毒饮治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折术后耐药菌感染的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究探讨鹿角结合八珍汤合五味消毒饮治疗胫腓骨骨折术后耐药菌感染的临床疗效。方法随机选取2018年3月—2021年3月福州市第二医院骨科收治的90例胫腓骨骨折术后耐药菌感染患者作为研究对象。依据不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(n=45)予八珍汤合五味消毒饮治疗,观察组(n=45)予鹿角结合八珍汤合五味消毒饮治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、血清炎症因子及患者骨折愈合时间、创面愈合时间。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为100.00%(45/45),高于对照组的86.67%(39/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.464,P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间及创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫腓骨骨折术后耐药菌感染患者采用鹿角结合八珍汤合五味消毒饮治疗能够有效缩短胫腓骨骨折愈合以及创面愈合时间,降低感染指标,有利于提高治疗总有效率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of antler combined with Bazhen Decoction and Wuwei Xiaodu Yin in the treatment of antibiotic-resistant bacteria infection after tibiofibular fracture.Methods A total of 90 patients with antibiotic-resistant bacteria infection after tibiofibular fracture were randomly selected from March 2018 to March 2021 in the Department of Orthopedics of Fuzhou Second Hospital.The two groups were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=45)was treated with Bazhen decoction combined with Wuwei Xiaodu Yin,and the observation group(n=45)was treated with antler combined with Bazhen decoction combined with Wuwei Xiaodu Yin.The total effective rate,serum inflammatory factors,fracture healing time and wound healing time of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%(45/45),which was higher than that of the control group 86.67%(39/45),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.464,P<0.05).The fracture healing time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of antler with Bazhen Decoction and Wuwei Xiaodu Yin can effectively shorten the healing time of tibiofibular fracture,reduce the infection index,and improve the total effective rate.
