摘　　要：目的探讨邻指皮瓣修复术与指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复术修复手部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2013年7月—2024年5月扬州大学附属兴化市人民医院进行手部软组织缺损修复的80例患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为A组(邻指皮瓣修复术)和B组(指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复术),每组40例。比较两组患者的二期手术比例、皮瓣修复优良率、住院时间、皮瓣肿胀程度和并发症发生情况。结果两组的皮瓣肿胀程度、并发症总发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。A组的皮瓣修复优良率为75.00%(30/40),低于B组的95.00%(38/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P=0.012)。B组一期手术成功率高于A组,二期手术率低于A组,住院时间短于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论使用指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损可以提高皮瓣修复优良率,降低二期手术比例,缩短住院时间。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of adjacent finger flap repair and finger artery retrograde island flap repair in the repair of hand soft tissue defects.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients who underwent hand soft tissue defect repair in Xinghua People's Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University from July 2013 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into group A(adjacent finger flap repair)and group B(finger artery retrograde island flap repair),with 40 cases in each group.The proportion of secondary surgery,superior rate of flap repair,hospitalization time,degree of flap swelling and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the degree of flap swelling and the total incidence of complications between the two groups(both P>0.05).The superior rate of flap repair in group A was 75.00%(30/40),which was lower than 95.00%(38/40)in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P=0.012).The success rate of one-stage operation in group B was higher than that in group A,the rate of two-stage operation was lower than that in group A,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in group A,the differents were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of finger artery retrograde island flap to repair hand soft tissue defects can improve the superior rate of flap repair,reduce the proportion of secondary surgery,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
