摘　　要：目的分析关节镜下半月板成形术联合富血小板血浆(platelet rich plasma,PRP)治疗急性膝关节半月板损伤(meniscus injury,MI)患者的效果。方法回顾性选取2020年8月—2023年8月江苏省南通市中医院收治的80例急性MI患者的临床资料,按治疗方法的不同分成两组,各40例。行关节镜下半月板成形术的患者为对照组,行关节镜下半月板成形术联合PRP的患者为观察组。对比两组疼痛程度、疼痛因子水平、膝关节功能、膝关节活动度、并发症。结果与对照组的20.00%(8/40)比,观察组的并发症发生率5.00%(2/40)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。术后,相比对照组,观察组视觉模拟疼痛评分法评分、前列腺素E2水平、5-羟色胺水平更低,膝关节主动屈伸活动度、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论关节镜下半月板成形术联合PRP能缓解急性MI患者疼痛,加快膝关节功能改善,提高膝关节活动度,且无严重并发症。Objective To analyze the effect of arthroscopic meniscus plasty combined with platelet rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of patients with acute meniscus injury(MI)of knee joint.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with acute MI admitted to Nantong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The patients who underwent arthroscopic meniscus plasty were the control group,and the patients who underwent arthroscopic meniscus plasty combined with PRP were the observation group.The pain degree,pain factor level,knee joint function,knee joint activity and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 20.00%(8/40)in the control group,5.00%(2/40)in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).After operation,compared to the control group,the Visual Analogue Pain score,prostaglandin E2 level and 5-hydroxytryptamine level in the observation group were lower,the active flexion and extension activity of the knee joint and the knee joint score of Hospital for Special Surgery Knee Score were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic meniscus plasty combined with PRP can relieve pain in patients with acute MI,accelerate the improvement of knee joint function,improve knee joint mobility,and have no serious complications.
