探讨巴曲酶注射液与天麻素注射液在高频下降型突发性耳聋治疗中的效果差异及潜在作用机制

摘　　要：目的探讨巴曲酶注射液与天麻素注射液在高频下降型突发性耳聋治疗中的效果差异及潜在作用机制。方法随机选取2021年1月—2023年12月邵武市立医院就诊的80例高频下降型突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为西医组和中医组,每组40例。西医组采用巴曲酶注射液治疗,中医组则使用天麻素注射液治疗。对比两组患者听力功能水平、炎症因子水平、症状严重程度及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者听力功能水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者症状严重程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医组不良反应发生率为2.50%(1/40),低于西医组的20.00%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论巴曲酶注射液与天麻素注射液在高频下降型突发性耳聋治疗中,听力功能、炎症因子水平及症状严重程度方面疗效相当,但天麻素注射液的不良反应发生率更低,安全性更好。Objective To investigate the effect difference and potential mechanism of action between bacitracin injection and tensin injection in the treatment of high-frequency descending sudden deafness.Methods A total of 80 patients with high-frequency descending sudden deafness treated in Shaowu Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into western medicine group and Chinese medicine group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The western group was treated with bacitracin injection,while the Chinese group was treated with tensin injection.The level of hearing function,inflammatory factors,severity of symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in hearing function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom severity between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group was 2.50%(1/40),which was lower than that in the western medicine group 20.00%(8/40),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion Bacitracin injection and tensin injection are equally effective in the treatment of high-frequency descending sudden deafness in terms of hearing function,inflammatory factor level and symptom severity,but gastrodin injection has lower incidence of adverse reactions and better safety.
