肢体康复护理联合认知护理干预对类风湿关节炎患者生活质量及负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的分析肢体康复联合认知护理在类风湿关节炎中的应用效果。方法方便选取2020年2月—2023年2月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的106例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分组,各53例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施肢体康复护理联合认知护理干预。对比两组疼痛程度、关节功能、生活质量、负性情绪。结果与对照组比,观察组护理第3天、7天、21天的疼痛评分均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组关节晨僵时间为(2.95±0.46)min,短于对照组的(4.32±1.14)min,Oswestry功能障碍指数评分为(3.18±0.57)分,低于对照组的(5.21±0.59)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.113,18.015;P均<0.05)。与对照组比,观察组护理后负性情绪评分更低,生活质量评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对类风湿关节炎患者采取肢体康复护理联合认知护理干预有助于缓解患者的疼痛程度、改善其不良心态,并提升其生活水平,且患者对该模式下的护理服务更为满意。Objective To analyze the application effect of limb rehabilitation combined with cognitive nursing in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 106 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from February 2020 to February 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.Grouped according to different nursing methods,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented limb rehabilitation nursing combined with cognitive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,joint function,quality of life and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the pain scores of the observation group on the 3rd,7th and 21st day of nursing were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the joint morning stiffness time(2.95±0.46)min in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(4.32±1.14)min,and the Oswesvtry Disahilitv Index score(3.18±0.57)points was lower than that in the control group(5.21±0.59)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.113,18.015;both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the negative emotion score of the observation group after nursing was lower,and the quality of life score was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with rheumatoid arthritis,limb rehabilitation nursing combined with cognitive nursing intervention can help alleviate the pain degree of patients,improve their bad mentality,and improve their living standards,and patients are more satisfied with the nursing service under this mode.
