耳穴压豆联合穴位敷贴护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究耳穴压豆结合穴位敷贴护理对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理效果。方法随机选取2023年1—12月南通市通州区中医院收治的、120例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者为研究对象,按照不同的护理方法将上述患者分为两组,每组60例。对照组予以围手术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷护理干预,比较两组术后胃肠功能恢复状况、排便情况与生活质量评分。结果观察组排气时间(14.84±1.27)h、肠鸣音恢复时间(10.04±1.05)h、排便时间(45.49±4.18)h,均短于对照组的(24.27±2.17)h、(17.62±1.47)h、(55.73±5.27)h,差异均有统计学意义(t=29.051,32.502,11.792;P均<0.05)。干预后,两组患者排便症状评分低于干预前,生活质量评分均高于干预前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者术后进行耳穴压豆与穴位敷贴护理,能够对患者术后胃肠功能的恢复起到促进作用,同时提高其排便质量与生活质量,对患者康复具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of auricular acupressure and acupoint application nursing on patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Nantong Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing treatment,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given perioperative routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with the control group on the basis of auricular acupressure and acupoint application nursing intervention.The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,defecation and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The exhaust time(14.84±1.27)h,bowel sound recovery time(10.04±1.05)h and defecation time(45.49±4.18)h in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(24.27±2.17)h,(17.62±1.47)h and(55.73±5.27)h,the differences were statistically significant(t=29.051,32.502,11.792;all P<0.05).After the intervention,the defecation symptom scores of both groups were lower than before the intervention,and the quality of life scores were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of auricular acupressure and acupoint application for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the quality of defecation and quality of life,which is of positive significance to the rehabilitation of patients.
