基于Cox健康行为互动模式的心理护理联合疼痛护理小组模式在带状疱疹患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于Cox健康行为互动模式(interaction model of client health behavior,IMCHB)的心理护理联合疼痛护理小组模式应用于带状疱疹患者中的效果。方法方便选取2021年9月—2023年9月山东省泰安市中心医院收治的82例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为两组,各41例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施基于IMCHB的心理护理联合疼痛护理小组模式护理,两组均连续护理1周。比较两组患者心理状态、疼痛程度、舒适度以及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组患者健康问卷、广泛性焦虑障碍量表评分分别为(12.33±1.84)分、(9.19±1.44)分,均低于对照组的(15.51±1.96)分、(12.76±1.52)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.574,10.918;P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组两项疼痛评分及生活质量评分低于对照组,舒适度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于IMCHB的心理护理联合疼痛护理小组模式可缓解带状疱疹患者负面情绪,改善其疼痛程度和舒适度,促进患者生活质量提升。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing based on interaction model of client health behavior(IMCHB)combined with pain nursing group model in patients with herpes zoster.Methods A total of 82 patients with herpes zoster admitted to Shandong Tai'an Central Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given psychological nursing based on IMCHB combined with pain nursing group mode nursing.Both groups were given continuous nursing for 1 week.The mental state,pain degree,comfort degree and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Patient Health Questionnaire-9 and Generalized Anxiexy Disorde-7 in the observation group were(12.33±1.84)points and(9.19±1.44)points respectively,which were lower than(15.51±1.96)points and(12.76±1.52)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.574,10.918;both P<0.05).After nursing,both pain scores and quality of life score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the comfort score was higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The IMCHB-based psychological nursing combined with pain nursing group model can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with herpes zoster,improve their pain degree and comfort,and promote the improvement of patients'quality of life.
