多维度心理支持联合预见性护理在妊娠期高血压患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨多维度心理支持联合预见性护理在妊娠期高血压患者中的应用价值,重点分析其对患者心理状况、不良结局的影响。方法方便选取2022年1月—2024年1月遵义市第一人民医院收治的92例妊娠期高血压患者作为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分组,46例行常规护理的患者为对照组,46例联合应用多维度心理支持与预见性护理的患者为观察组。比较两组心理状况、应对方式、生活质量以及不良结局。结果护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分依次为(40.94±3.95)分、(38.55±2.70)分,低于对照组的(43.98±3.71)分、(42.68±2.71)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.805,7.322;P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组面对维度的得分高于对照组,回避与屈服维度的得分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良结局的总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期高血压患者采用多维度心理支持,能够降低不良结局的发生率,改善负面情绪与患者对待疾病的方式,且有助于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the application value of multi-dimensional psychological support combined with predictive nursing in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,and to analyze its influence on patients'psychological status and adverse outcomes.Methods A total of 92 patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zunyi City from January 2022 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,46 patients with routine nursing were selected as the control group,and 46 patients with combined application of multi-dimensional psychological support and predictive nursing were selected as the observation group.The psychological status,coping style,quality of life and adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were(40.94±3.95)points and(38.55±2.70)points,which were lower than those of the control group(43.98±3.71)points and(42.68±2.71)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.805,7.322;both P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of confrontation dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of avoidance and yield dimension were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of multi-dimensional psychological support for patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy can reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes,improve negative emotions and the way patients treat the disease,and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
