苦参汤加减方联合肛门熏洗坐浴在术后肛缘水肿中的疗效

摘　　要：目的以苦参汤加减方联合肛门熏洗坐浴作为研究方法,探究其治疗术后肛缘水肿患者的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年5月济南市济阳区中医医院收治的100例术后肛缘水肿患者的临床资料,以不同治疗方法分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组接受温水坐浴+痔疮膏外涂治疗,研究组采用苦参汤加减方+肛门熏洗坐浴治疗,对比两组水肿程度、睡眠质量、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率和治疗有效率。结果治疗3 d、5 d和7 d后,研究组的肛缘水肿改善程度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组睡眠质量和生活质量优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。结论苦参汤加减方联合肛门熏洗坐浴对治疗术后肛缘水肿具有积极意义,其不仅能改善患者肛缘水肿症状,还能够提升患者的睡眠状况和生活质量,同时减少不良反应的发生,进而提高整体治疗的有效率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified bitter ginseng soup and anal fumigation sitz bath in the treatment of patients with postoperative anal edema.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with postoperative anal margin edema admitted to Jiyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan from January 2023 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm water sitz bath+hemorrhoids ointment,while the study group was treated with modified bitler ginseng soup+anal fumigation sitz bath.The degree of edema,sleep quality,quality of life score,incidence of adverse reactions and effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 d,5 d and 7 d of treatment,the improvement of anal edema in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality and quality of life in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of treating postoperative anal edema with modified bitler ginseng soup+anal fumigation sitz bath,it can not only improve the edema condition,but also improve the sleep and quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions,thus improving the overall treatment efficiency.
