固卫防感膏对肺脾气虚型小儿反复呼吸道感染的治疗效果及对免疫球蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的固卫防感膏对肺脾气虚型小儿反复呼吸道感染(recurrent respiratory tract infection,RRIT)的治疗效果及对免疫球蛋白的影响。方法方便选取2023年1—12月山东省泰安市中医医院接受治疗的107例肺脾气虚型RRIT患儿为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(52例,脾氨肽口服冻干粉)与观察组(55例,固卫防感膏),比较两组治疗效果、免疫球蛋白水平、中医证候评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.55%(52/55),高于对照组的80.77%(42/52),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.753,P=0.029)。治疗后,观察组免疫球蛋白(im⁃munoglobulin,Ig)G、A、M水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肺脾气虚型RRIT患儿采用固卫防感膏进行治疗效果较好,能够有效改善病情,提高机体免疫力。Objective The therapeutic effect of Guwei Fanggan ointment on recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRIT)in children with lung and spleen qi deficiency and its effect on immunoglobulin.Methods A total of 107 children with RRIT of lung and spleen qi deficiency type who were treated in Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(52 cases,spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder)and observation group(55 cases,Guwei Fanggan ointment).The treatment effect,immunoglobulin level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.55%(52/55),which was higher than 80.77%(42/52)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.753,P=0.029).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)G,A and M in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with RRIT with lung spleen qi deficiency,the treatment effect of Guwei Fanggan ointment is better,which can effectively improve the condition of the children and enhance the immunity.
