浮针疗法与中药塌渍法外敷在肩关节骨化性肌炎治疗中联合应用的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨浮针疗法联合中药塌渍法外敷在肩关节骨化性肌炎治疗中的疗效及其临床应用价值。方法便利选取2019年3月—2023年6月甘肃省康复中心医院门诊及住院部收治的66例肩关节骨化性肌炎患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。观察组采用浮针疗法联合中药塌渍法外敷治疗,对照组采用联苯乙酸凝胶外用治疗。对比两组患者肩关节活动度、肩部疼痛程度及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组疼痛水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肩关节活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%(30/33),高于对照组的66.67%(22/33),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.802,P<0.05)。结论相较于联苯乙酸凝胶外用治疗,浮针疗法联合中药塌渍法外敷治疗肩关节骨化性肌炎患者,能更有效地减轻患者疼痛,提高肩关节活动度及治疗有效率。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and clinical application value of floating needle therapy combined with Chinese medicine collapse stains method in the treatment of myositis ossificans of shoulder joints.Methods 66 patients with myositis ossificans of shoulder joints admitted to the outpatient department and inpatient department of Gansu Province Hospital Rehabilitation Center from March 2019 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 33 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with floating needle therapy combined with external application of Chinese medicine collapse stains method,and the control group was treated with topical application of felbinac gel.The range of motion of shoulder joint,the degree of shoulder pain and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pain level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder joint motion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%(30/33),which was higher than that of the control group 66.67%(22/33),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.802,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the topical treatment of felbinac gel,floating needle therapy combined with Chinese medicine collapse stains method can more effectively reduce the pain of patients with shoulder ossification myositis,improve the mobility of shoulder joints and treatment efficiency.
