摘　　要：胰十二指肠切除术是治疗胰腺肿瘤及壶腹部肿瘤首选手术方式。传统观念认为胃肠减压以及早期鼻饲肠内营养能够降低手术并发症的发生率;近年来随着加速康复外科理论的兴起,术后留置鼻胃管及鼻肠营养管争议不断。为深入探讨胰十二指肠切除术后常规放置鼻胃管的必要性、最佳拔管时机以及鼻胃管使用的相关作用和可能引发的并发症等争议问题,做此综述。Pancreaticoduodenectomy is the preferred surgical method for treating pancreatic tumors and ampullary tumors.Traditionally,it is believed that gastrointestinal decompression and early enteral nutrition via nasal feeding can reduce the incidence of surgical complications.In recent years,with the rise of the enhanced recovery after surgery theory,there has been continuous controversy regarding the retention of nasogastric tubes and nasointestinal feeding tubes after surgery.This review was conducted to deeply explore controversial issues such as the necessity of routine nasogastric tube placement after pancreaticoduodenectomy,the optimal timing for tube removal,and the related effects and possible complications associated with the use of nasogastric tubes.
