摘　　要：目的探究耳穴埋籽联合咀嚼口香糖对腹部术后患者胃肠功能恢复及护理效果的影响。方法方便选取2022年1月—2023年9月泰兴市人民医院收治的腹部术后患者158例为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为两组,各79例,对照组行常规护理,观察组同时予以耳穴埋籽联合咀嚼口香糖护理,对比两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、并发症发生率和疼痛程度。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复、排气、排便、进食时间分别(9.25±2.11)h、(22.25±3.41)h、(38.22±3.85)h、(25.25±1.12)h,均短于对照组的(12.85±2.79)h、(26.36±3.59)h、(42.76±3.93)h、(29.52±1.27)h,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.147,7.378,7.335,22.413;P均<0.05)。并发症发生率,观察组低于对照组[2.53%(2/79)比13.92%(11/79)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.789,P<0.05)。观察组疼痛程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.868,P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋籽联合咀嚼口香糖能促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effect of auricular point embedding seed combined with chewing gum on gastrointestinal function recovery and nursing effect of patients after abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 158 postoperative abdominal patients admitted to Taixing People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,79 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received auricular point embedding seed combined with chewing gum nursing.Gastrointestinal function recovery,complication rate and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The time of bowel sound recovery,exhaust,defecation and feeding in the observation group was(9.25±2.11)h,(22.25±3.41)h,(38.22±3.85)h,(25.25±1.12)h,respectively,shorter than those in the control group(12.85±2.79)h,(26.36±3.59)h,(42.76±3.93)h,(29.52±1.27)h,the differences were statistically significant(t=9.147,7.378,7.335,22.413;all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[2.53%(2/79)vs 13.92%(11/79)],the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.789,P<0.05).The pain degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=-3.868,P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point embedding seed combined with chewing gum can promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the occurrence of complications.
