专科护士主导的共管照护模式在老年髋部骨折患者康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究专科护士主导的共管照护模式在老年髋部骨折患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法简单随机选择2023年1—12月山西医科大学附属运城市中心医院收治的60例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,根据护理方法的差异分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。常规护理方法应用于对照组,专科护士主导的共管照护模式应用于观察组。比较两组的并发症、平衡能力、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果并发症总发生率观察组较对照组更低[3.33%(1/30)比16.67%(5/30)],但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.667,P>0.05)。平衡能力、日常生活能力及生活质量评分观察组干预后均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论专科护士主导的共管照护模式能够有效预防并发症,改善患者平衡能力、日常生活能力和生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of specialist nurse-led co-management care model in rehabilitation nursing of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with hip fracture diagnosed and treated in Yuncheng Central Hospital Affiliated to Shanxi Medical University from January to December 2023 were simple randomly selected as the research objects.According to the difference of nursing methods,they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The routine nursing method was applied to the control group,and the specialist nurse-led co-management care model was applied to the observation group.The complications,balance ability,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[3.33%(1/30)vs 16.67%(5/30)],but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.667,P>0.05).The scores of balance ability,daily living ability and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The specialist nurse-led comanagement care model can effectively prevent complications and improve patients'balance ability,daily living ability and quality of life.
