医养结合模式的延续护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及生活质量的改善效果

摘　　要：目的探索老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者开展医养结合模式的延续护理对患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2021年1月—2023年12月靖江市第二人民医院收治的141例老年COPD患者作为研究对象,参照不同护理方法分组,对照组(71例)开展常规护理,观察组(70例)开展医养结合模式的延续护理,比较两组患者肺功能、生活质量评分、营养指标评分、心理状态评分及护理满意度。结果护理后,与对照组比较,观察组肺功能指标和营养指标更优,生活质量评分更高,心理状态评分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在护理满意度上,与对照组的90.14%(64/71)比较,观察组的97.14%(68/70)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05)。结论老年COPD患者开展医养结合模式的延续护理临床效果良好,有助于强化患者肺部功能,降低病症危害性,促使患者正确面对疾病,营造优质的康复环境,缩短康复周期。Objective To investigate the effects of continuous care combined with medical care on pulmonary function and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 141 elderly patients with COPD admitted to Jingjiang Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and grouped according to different nursing methods.The control group(71 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(70 cases)received continuous nursing combined with medical and nursing care.Lung function,quality of life score,nutrition index score,psychological state score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,compared with control group,the lung function indexes and nutritional indexes of the observation group were better,the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher,the psychological status score of the observation group was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,compared with 90.14%(64/71)in the control group,97.14%(68/70)in the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.183,P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with COPD,continuous nursing combined with medical and nursing mode has good clinical effect,which is helpful to strengthen the lung function of patients,reduce the harm of the disease,promote the patients to face the disease correctly,create a high-quality rehabilitation environment,and shorten the rehabilitation cycle.
