康复护理干预对关节镜下微创手术治疗肩袖损伤患者术后肩关节功能恢复状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下微创手术治疗肩袖损伤患者术后应用康复护理干预对肩关节功能恢复状况的影响。方法便利选取2020年1月—2023年12月淮安八十二医院收治的78例肩袖损伤患者为研究对象,根据不同护理干预方法分组。对照组(39例)行术后常规护理,观察组(39例)在对照组基础上联合康复护理干预。对比两组患者肩关节功能、肩关节活动度、并发症发生率与护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组的美国肩肘外科协会评分为(90.76±8.84)分、美国加州大学肩关节评分为(30.27±3.04)分,分别高于对照组的(75.57±7.35)分、(18.68±1.64)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.251,20.954;P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组并发症发生率更低,护理满意度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论肩袖损伤患者关节镜下微创术后护理中应用康复护理干预,能促使患者肩关节功能、活动度的尽早恢复,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the post-operative recovery of shoulder joint function in patients with rotator cuff injury treated by minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 78 patients with rotator cuff injury in Huai'an 82 Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and grouped according to different nursing intervention methods.The control group(39 cases)received routine post-operative care,and the observation group(39 cases)received rehabilitation nursing intervention in addition to the control group.The shoulder joint function,shoulder joint range of motion,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Score of the observation group was(90.76±8.84)points,and the University of California-Los Angeles Shoulder Score was(30.27±3.04)points,which were higher than those of the control group[(75.57±7.35)points and(18.68±1.64)points],and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.251,20.954;both P<0.05).After nursing,the range of motion of the shoulder joint in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower and the nursing satisfaction was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention in the post-operative nursing of patients with rotator cuff injury after minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery can promote the early recovery of shoulder joint function and range of motion in patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
