麻杏石甘汤合苏葶丸加味配合穴位敷贴治疗儿童急性支气管炎的临床效果及对患儿呼吸功能恢复的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨麻杏石甘汤合苏葶丸加味配合穴位贴敷治疗儿童急性支气管炎的临床效果。方法随机选取2023年6月—2024年6月山东省济南市章丘区中医医院收治的200例急性支气管炎患儿为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组、探究组,每组100例。对照组口服小儿定喘口服液配合穴位贴敷治疗,探究组采用麻杏石甘汤合苏葶丸加味配合穴位贴敷。对比两组炎症反应、肺功能水平、中医证候积分及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,两组炎症指标水平低于治疗前,探究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组肺功能水平优于治疗前,探究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,探究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组治疗总有效率96.00%(96/100)高于对照组的88.00%(88/100),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.348,P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤合苏葶丸加味配合穴位贴敷治疗急性支气管炎能够有效降低炎症反应水平,促进患儿呼吸功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction and Suting Pill combined with acupoint application in the treatment of acute bronchitis.Methods A total of 200 children with acute bronchitis admitted to Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jinan City,Shandong Province from June 2023 to June 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into control group and exploration group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Xiaoer Dingchuan Oral Liquid combined with acupoint application,and the exploration group was treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction and Suting Pill combined with acupoint application.The inflammatory response,pulmonary function level,TCM syndrome score and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory indexes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the exploration group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function level of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the exploration group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the exploration group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the exploration group was 96.00%(96/100),which was higher than 88.00%(88/100)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.348,P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan Decoction and Suting Pill combined with acupoint application can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory response and promote the recovery of respiratory function in children with acute bronchitis.
