扶正固本汤联合揿针治疗恶性肿瘤化疗相关恶心呕吐的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析扶正固本汤联合揿针治疗恶性肿瘤化疗相关恶心呕吐的临床效果。方法随机选取2022年1月—2024年1月黑龙江省中医药科学院收治的80例恶性肿瘤化疗相关恶心呕吐患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分组,各40例。对照组患者采用扶正固本汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合采用揿针治疗。分析两组的恶心呕吐控制率、恶心呕吐次数、免疫指标和中医证候积分。结果观察组恶心呕吐控制率为87.50%(35/40),高于对照组的67.50%(27/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组24 h内恶心呕吐次数为(2.04±0.26)次,少于对照组的(3.28±0.32)次,差异有统计学意义(t=19.021,P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)更高,CD8^(+)和中医证候积分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论扶正固本汤联合揿针治疗恶性肿瘤化疗相关恶心呕吐的效果较好,能有效控制地恶心呕吐的发生情况,进一步提高患者的免疫功能,可改善患者的中医证候积分。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Guben Decoction combined with thumbtack needle in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in malignant tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients with chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in malignant tumors who were admitted to the Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,40 cases were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with Fuzheng Guben Decoction,while patients in the observation group were treated with thumbtack needle on the basis of the control group.The control rates of nausea and vomiting,the frequencies of nausea and vomiting,immune indexes,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores of the two groups were analyzed.Results The control rate of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was 87.50%(35/40),which was higher than 67.50%(27/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).The frequency of nausea and vomiting within 24 h in the observation group was(2.04±0.26)times,which was less than(3.28±0.32)times in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.021,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher,CD8^(+)and TCM syndrome scores were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Fuzheng Guben Decoction and thumbtack needle has a better effect in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in malignant tumors.It can effectively control the occurrence of nausea and vomiting,further improve the immune function of patients,and improve the TCM syndrome scores of patients.
