心理护理对老年糖尿病患者负性情绪的改善评价

摘　　要：目的评价老年糖尿病护理中引用心理护理的效果及对患者负性情绪的改善作用。方法选取2023年1月—2024年5月苏州市第九人民医院收治的120例老年糖尿病患者,按照护理方法不同分为观察组(60例,心理护理)与对照组(60例,常规护理)。比较两组负性情绪、遵医行为评分、血糖水平及护理满意度。结果护理后,与对照组相比,观察组焦虑自评量表与抑郁自评量表评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均更低,运动锻炼、遵医用药、饮食控制、血糖监测评分均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对老年糖尿病患者负性情绪及遵医行为具有积极影响,同时可提升降糖效果及护理满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing in elderly diabetes mellitus care and the improvement of patients'negative emotions.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the Ninth People's Hospital of Suzhou from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(60 cases,psychological nursing)and control group(60 cases,routine nursing)according to different nursing methods.The negative emotion,medical compliance behavior scores,blood glucose levels and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the scores of Selfrating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale,fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c levels in the observation group were lower,and the scores of exercise,compliance with medical drugs,diet control,and blood glucose monitoring were higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing has a positive effect on the negative emotion and compliance behavior of elderly diabetic patients,and can improve the hypoglycemic effect and nursing satisfaction.
