二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖在糖尿病患者治疗中的效果及对患者血糖指标、胰岛功能及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析应用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗糖尿病的效果。方法选取2023年6月—2024年6月经永泰县医院确诊为糖尿病的94例患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式差异性分为两组,每组47例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗。比较两组血糖水平、胰岛功能、氧化应激指标、生活质量及不良反应总发生率。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素、餐后2 h胰岛素、丙二醛水平均低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶水平、生理健康、心理健康、躯体功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合方案在糖尿病实际治疗中较单一治疗更加能够促进血糖和胰岛功能恢复,降低不良反应发生率,对临床应用具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the effect of metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods From June 2023 to June 2024,94 patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus in Yongtai County Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with acarbose.The blood glucose levels,islet function,oxidative stress indexes,quality of life and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting insulin,2-hour postprandial insulin and malondialdehyde in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the superoxide dismutase level and scores of physical health,mental health and physical function were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single treatment,the combined regimen can promote the recovery of blood glucose and islet function of diabetes mellitus and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is of great significance for clinical application.
