老年缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者应用共情护理的效果及对HAMA、HAMD评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探寻老年缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者的护理方案,重点分析共情护理的作用。方法择取2021年1月—2023年12月石狮市医院收治的88例老年缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为对照组(n=44,常规护理)、观察组(n=44,常规护理+共情护理)。比较两组不良情绪、血糖水平、心理弹性评分。结果护理2周后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表与汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,坚韧、力量、乐观性评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论老年缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病患者实施共情护理,可减少患者不良情绪,降低血糖水平,改善心理弹性,应用价值显著。Objective To explore the nursing plan for elderly patients with ischemic stroke and diabetes mellitus,and to analyze the role of empathy nursing.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with ischemic stroke and diabetes mellitus admitted to Shishi Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n=44,routine nursing)and observation group(n=44,routine nursing+empathy nursing).The bad mood,blood glucose levels and scores of psychological resilience were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of tenacity,strength and optimism were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of empathy nursing in elderly patients with ischemic stroke and diabetes mellitus can reduce patients'bad mood,reduce blood glucose levels,improve psychological resilience,and have significant application value.
