摘  要:目的分析在老年糖尿病肾病临床检验中尿白蛋白(albumin,Alb)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、β2微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,β2MG)的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月—2024年1月在厦门大学附属中山医院进行治疗的30例糖尿病肾病患者,纳入糖尿病肾病组,选择同期60例单纯糖尿病患者纳入糖尿病组,均行IgG、Alb、β2MG检测,分析IgG、Alb、β2MG及三者联合检测的诊断效能。结果糖尿病肾病组IgG、Alb、β2MG水平均高于糖尿病组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合检验灵敏度、准确度、特异度均高于IgG、Alb、β2MG单一检验,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病临床检验中IgG、Alb及β2MG联合检测结果较为准确,有利于及时确诊,具有临床应用价值。Objective To application effects of urinary albumin(Alb),immunoglobulin G(IgG)andβ2-microglobulin(β2MG)in the clinical examination of elderly diabetic nephropathy were analyzed.Methods A total of 30 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the diabetic nephropathy group,and 60 patients with simple diabetes were selected as the diabetes group during the same period.IgG,Alb andβ2MG were detected,and the diagnostic efficacy of IgG,Alb,β2MG and the combined detection of the three was analyzed.Results The levels of IgG,Alb,β2MG in the diabetic nephropathy group were higher than those in the diabetes group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity,accuracy and specificity of combined test were higher than those of IgG,Alb andβ2MG single test,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection results of IgG,Alb andβ2MG in the clinical examination of diabetic nephropathy are more accurate,which is conducive to timely diagnosis and has clinical application value.
