血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检验对糖尿病诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的分析血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检验诊断糖尿病的价值。方法选取2023年11—12月莆田市第一医院的156例疑似糖尿病患者作为研究对象,均进行血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白检验,以口服葡萄糖耐量试验为金标准。分析血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白单独及联合检验的诊断效能。结果口服葡萄糖耐量试验显示共79例确诊,血清C肽检测真阳性62例,糖化血红蛋白检测真阳性65例,联合检测真阳性76例。联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白的单一检测,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检测在糖尿病诊断中价值较高。Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of serumC-peptide and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 156 patients with suspected diabetes mellitus in the Putian First Hospital from November to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Serum C-peptide and glycated hemoglobin A1c were tested,and oral glucose tolerance test was used as the gold standard.The diagnostic efficacy of serum C-peptide,glycated hemoglobin A1c alone and combined tests was analyzed.Results Oral glucose tolerance test showed that a total of 79 cases were diagnosed,62 cases were true positive for serum C-peptide detection,65 cases were true positive for glycoated hemoglobin A1c detection,and 76 cases were true positive for combined detection.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection were higher than those of single detection of serum C-peptide and glycated hemoglobin A1c,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum C-peptide and glycated hemoglobin A1c is of high value in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.
