糖尿病临床诊断中血清C肽结合糖化血红蛋白检验的价值

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病临床诊断中血清C肽结合糖化血红蛋白检验的应用价值。方法选择2020年2月—2023年12月盐城市第一人民医院收治的200例疑似糖尿病患者,以葡萄糖耐量试验(oral glucose tolerance test,OGTT)作为金标准,对比血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白单一及联合检验的诊断结果与诊断效能。结果OGTT结果检出阳性176例、阴性24例;联合检验检出阳性175例、阴性25例。联合检验的灵敏度、特异度及准确度均高于血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白单一检验,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者采用血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检验手段的诊断价值更高,相对单一检验准确度也更高。Objective To analyze the application value of serum C-peptide combined with glycated hemoglobin A1c test in the clinical diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 200 patients with suspected diabetes mellitus admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from February 2020 to December 2023 were selected.Oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic results and diagnostic efficacy of serum Cpeptide and glycated hemoglobin A1c single and combined test.Results There were 176 positive cases and 24 negative cases detected by OGTT.Combined test detected 175 positive cases and 25 negative cases.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined test were higher than those of serum C-peptide and glycated hemoglobin A1c single test,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of C-peptide and glycated hemoglobin A1c combined test in diabetic patients is higher,and the accuracy is higher than that of single test.
