中药葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究中药葛根芩连汤治疗对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者的影响。方法选取2023年5月—2024年5月沂水县精神卫生中心收治的50例DM患者,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=25,二甲双胍治疗)和观察组(n=25,中药葛根芩连汤治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、血糖水平、不良反应发生情况、症状评分及胰岛功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平、疲惫无力、小便频繁、饥饿多食、口渴多饮症状评分、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用中药葛根芩连汤治疗DM患者,可显著改善患者血糖指标水平,降低不良反应发生率、症状评分,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To study the effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods Fifty patients with DM admitted to Yishui County Mental Health Center from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=25,metformin treatment)and observation group(n=25,Gegen Qinlian Decoction treatment)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,adverse reactions,symptom score and islet function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,fatigue and weakness,frequent urination,hunger and eating,thirst and drinking symptom scores and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the homeostasis model assessment-βcell function index was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of DM patients can significantly improve the level of blood glucose index,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and symptom scores,and has certain clinical application value.
