二甲双胍联合恩格列净治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果及对血糖水平的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析二甲双胍与恩格列净联用对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2023年1月—2024年9月在福建省建瓯市立医院接受治疗的101例T2DM患者,通过不同治疗方法分组。常规组(n=51)接受二甲双胍治疗,探究组(n=50)则在二甲双胍基础上联合恩格列净治疗。对比两组血糖水平、胰岛功能及脂代谢水平。结果治疗后,探究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均更低,胰岛β细胞功能指数更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论相较于单独使用二甲双胍,二甲双胍与恩格列净的联合治疗在T2DM患者中展现出了更优的降血糖效果,有助于提升胰岛功能,改善脂代谢水平,为T2DM的综合管理提供了更为有效的治疗策略。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with empagliflozin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 101 patients with T2DM who were treated in Jian'ou Municipal Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2023 to September 2024 were selected and grouped by different treatment methods.The conventional group(n=51)received metformin treatment,and the study group(n=50)was treated with empagliflozin on the basis of metformin.The blood glucose level,islet function and lipid metabolism were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting insulin,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower,and the homeostasis model assessment of isletβcell function index was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with metformin alone,the combination of metformin and empagliflozin shows better hypoglycemic effect in T2DM patients,which is helpful to improve islet function and lipid metabolism,and provides a more effective treatment strategy for the comprehensive management of T2DM.
