利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果及对患者血脂、颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响

摘　　要：目的研究采用利拉鲁肽与二甲双胍联合治疗2型糖尿病患者的效果及对血脂、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)的影响。方法选择2020年3月—2023年3月平度市人民医院内分泌科接诊的150例2型糖尿病患者,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(75例,予以二甲双胍治疗)、观察组(75例,予以利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗)。对比两组的血糖指标、血脂指标、IMT。结果治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组各项血糖指标、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、IMT水平均更低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论予以2型糖尿病患者利拉鲁肽与二甲双胍联合治疗,可改善IMT,有效降低糖脂水平。Objective To study the effect of liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on blood lipids and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT).Methods A total of 150 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Pingdu People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(75 cases,treated with metformin)and the observation group(75 cases,treated with liraglutide combined with metformin)according to different treatment methods.The blood glucose indexes,blood lipid indexes and IMT were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of blood glucose indexes,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and IMT in the observation group were lower,and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the combination of liraglutide and metformin can improve IMT and effectively reduce the level of glucose and lipid.
