达格列净治疗2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析在2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者治疗中达格列净的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年5月厦门湖里安兜医院接诊的100例2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,各50例。两组均口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊,对照组控糖药物为盐酸二甲双胍片,研究组结合达格列净治疗。对比两组血糖指标、血脂代谢指标、不良反应。结果治疗后,相比于对照组,研究组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、脂蛋白a、总胆固醇水平均更低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论达格列净在2型糖尿病合并消化道溃疡患者治疗中,能够降低血糖水平,改善血脂代谢,且不良反应发生风险较低。Objective To analyze application effect of dapagliflozin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peptic ulcer admitted to Xiamen Huli Andou Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets,and the study group was treated with dapagliflozin.The blood glucose indexes,blood lipid metabolism indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,lipoprotein a and total cholesterol in the study group were lower,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin can reduce blood glucose levels and improve lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peptic ulcer,and the occurance risk of adverse reactions is low.
