德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病超重患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析老年2型糖尿病超重患者采用德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗的临床效果。方法选择2023年1月—2024年2月在内蒙古乌兰察布市中心医院就诊的100例老年2型糖尿病超重患者,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(50例)采取门冬胰岛素30治疗,研究组(50例)采取德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗。对比两组血糖指标、体重指数、血浆纤溶酶原激活抑制剂-1、脂联素水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血浆纤溶酶原激活抑制剂-1、脂联素、体重指数相比于对照组均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病超重患者采取德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗方案,可有效控制血糖、血清指标水平,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin degludec aspart in the treatment of overweight elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2023 to February 2024,a total of 100 elderly overweight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Ulanqab Central Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(50 cases)was treated with insulin aspart 30,and the study group(50 cases)was treated with insulin degludec aspart.The blood glucose indexes,body mass index,plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,adiponectin levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,adiponectin and body mass index in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with overweight type 2 diabetes mellitus with insulin degludec aspart can effectively control the levels of blood glucose and serum indexes and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
