摘　　要：目的研究复方多黏菌素B软膏联合重组人表皮生长因子对糖尿病皮肤难愈性溃疡的作用。方法选择2023年5月—2024年6月晋江市医院接诊的118例糖尿病皮肤难愈性溃疡患者,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,各59例。对照组采用复方多黏菌素B软膏治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗。对比两组愈合情况、血糖指标、治疗总有效率。结果研究组创面祛腐时间、创面生肌时间、创面愈合时间相比于对照组均更短,治疗3个月后溃烂面积相比于对照组更小,治疗总有效率相比于对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论复方多黏菌素B软膏联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗糖尿病皮肤难愈性溃疡,可促进创面愈合,改善患者血糖水平并提高治疗有效率。Objective To study the effect of compound polymyxin B ointment combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor on diabetic skin refractory ulcer.Methods From May 2023 to June 2024,a total of 118 patients with diabetic skin refractory ulcer admitted to Jinjiang Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound polymyxin B ointment,and the study group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor on the basis of the control group.The healing condition,blood glucose indexes and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time,wound myogenic time and wound healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the ulcer area after 3 months of treatment was smaller than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Compound polymyxin B ointment combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of diabetic skin refractory ulcer can improve the blood glucose level of patients and improve the treatment efficiency by promoting wound healing.
