探讨达格列净联合二甲双胍在老年2型糖尿病患者中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的评估老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者中达格列净与二甲双胍联合治疗的效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年6月山阴县医疗集团人民医院接收的83例T2DM患者,根据不同治疗方案分组。对照组(n=40)采用二甲双胍治疗,探究组(n=43)在对照组基础上加入达格列净治疗。对比两组血糖及血脂水平、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,探究组各项血糖指标、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平更低,高密度脂蛋白水平更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组不良反应发生率相比于对照组略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论达格列净联合二甲双胍在老年T2DM患者中的治疗效果优于单一二甲双胍治疗,且未显著增加不良反应。Objective To evaluate the effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From January 2023 to June 2024,a total of 83 patients with T2DM received by People's Hospital of Shanyin County Medical Group were selected and grouped according to different treatment schemes.The control group(n=40)was treated with metformin,and the study group(n=43)was treated with dapagliflozin on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose and blood lipid levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of blood glucose indexes,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the study group were lower,and the level of high density lipoprotein was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was slightly higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in elderly patients with T2DM is better than that of metformin alone,and it does not significantly increase the adverse reactions.
