达格列净对急性心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病患者的临床影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究达格列净在治疗急性心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法选取2023年8月—2024年8月在广东省梅州市五华县人民医院接受治疗的82例急性心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病患者,并依据治疗方式的不同将其分为两组。对照组(41例)接受常规治疗,观察组(41例)在常规治疗基础上采用达格列净治疗。比较两组患者心力衰竭再入院率、心功能指标、血糖指标及生活质量。结果应用达格列净治疗的观察组患者心力衰竭再入院率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血清N末端前体脑利钠肽水平、左室舒张末期内径、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、生活质量各维度评分及总分均低于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论达格列净与常规疗法结合使用,能有效提升2型糖尿病合并急性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果,降低心力衰竭再入院风险。Objective To study the effect of dapagliflozin in the treatment of patients with acute heart failure complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute heart failure and type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Wuhua County People's Hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(41 cases)received routine treatment,and the observation group(41 cases)was treated with dapagliflozin on the basis of routine treatment.The heart failure readmission rate,cardiac function indexes,blood glucose indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The heart failure readmission rate in the observation group treated with dapagliflozin was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum Nterminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,and scores of each dimension and total score of quality of life in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin combined with routine therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute heart failure and reduce the risk of heart failure readmission.
