达格列净与德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液联合治疗对肥胖型2型糖尿病患者血糖指标及体重指数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨达格列净、德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液共同应用在肥胖型2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者中的效果。方法按照不同治疗方法,将2023年1月—2024年6月商河县人民医院接诊的108例肥胖型T2DM患者分为对照组(54例,采取达格列净治疗)、观察组(54例,采取达格列净+德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液治疗)。治疗3个月后对比两组血糖指标、体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、脂代谢指标、胰岛功能。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、BMI、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、胰岛素抵抗指数更低,胰岛β细胞功能指数更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论达格列净、德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液共同作用于肥胖型T2DM,能有效改善糖脂代谢指标及胰岛功能,降低BMI。Objective To investigate the effect of dapagliflozin and degludec insulin liraglutide injection in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods According to different treatment methods,a total of 108 obese T2DM patients admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were divided into the control group(54 cases,treated with dapagliflozin)and the observation group(54 cases,treated with dapagliflozin+degludec insulin liraglutide injection).After 3 months of treatment,the blood glucose indexes,body mass index(BMI),lipid metabolism indexes and islet function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,BMI,triglyceride,total cholesterol and homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance of the observation group were lower,the homeostasis model assessment-βof the observation group was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of dapagliflozin and degludec insulin liraglutide injection on obese T2DM can effectively improve glucose and lipid metabolism indicators and islet function,and reduce BMI.
