阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素在糖尿病合并鼻窦炎患者中的治疗应用与价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阿卡波糖片(acarbose tablets,AT)联合甘精胰岛素(insulin glargine,IG)在糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)合并鼻窦炎患者中的治疗效果与价值。方法选取2021年1月—2024年3月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的83例DM合并鼻窦炎患者,以不同治疗方法分组。对照组(40例)采用AT单独治疗,研究组(43例)采用AT联合IG治疗。对比两组糖脂代谢水平、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论AT联合IG治疗DM合并鼻窦炎患者相较于单独使用AT,能更有效地控制患者的糖脂水平,且未显著增加不良反应发生风险。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and value of acarbose tablets(AT)combined with insulin glargine(IG)in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)complicated with sinusitis.Methods A total of 83 patients with DM complicated with sinusitis admitted to Lingcheng District People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected and grouped by different treatment methods.The control group(40 cases)was treated with AT alone,and the study group(43 cases)was treated with AT combined with IG.The levels of glucose and lipid metabolism and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with AT alone,AT combined with IG in the treatment of DM patients with sinusitis can more effectively control the glucose and lipid levels of patients without significantly increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
