探讨葛根素注射液联合胰岛素治疗1型糖尿病患儿对血糖及氧化应激指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨葛根素注射液联合胰岛素(insulin,INS)治疗1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)患儿对其血糖及氧化应激指标的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2024年6月在公安县人民医院就诊的62例T1DM患儿,通过不同治疗方法分组,每组31例。对照组接受INS治疗,观察组则接受INS联合葛根素注射液治疗。对比两组血糖水平、氧化应激水平、并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、丙二醛水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。组间并发症发生率对比,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在T1DM患儿的治疗中应用INS联合葛根素注射液治疗,不仅能有效调控血糖水平,还能显著降低氧化应激反应,减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the effects of puerarin injection combined with insulin(INS)on blood glucose and oxidative stress in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM).Methods A total of 62 children with T1DM who were treated in Gongan County People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2024 were selected and grouped by different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received INS treatment,while the observation group received INS combined with puerarin injection.The blood glucose levels,oxidative stress levels and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase and malondialdehyde in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of INS combined with puerarin injection in the treatment of children with T1DM can not only effectively regulate the blood glucose level,but also significantly reduce the oxidative stress response and reduce the occurrence of complications.
