摘　　要：目的探讨个体化营养指导结合运动康复护理在脑梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)合并糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者中的综合效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月在西安交通大学第一附属医院接受治疗的90例CI合并DM患者,根据不同护理方法分为两组。常规组(45例)接受常规护理,观察组(45例)在常规组基础上进行个体化营养指导结合运动康复护理。对比两组血糖指标、营养状态、护理满意度。结果干预后,与常规组相比,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预2周、1个月、2个月后,观察组营养状态均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化营养指导结合运动康复护理在CI合并DM患者中的综合效果显著,不仅能够有效控制血糖水平,改善营养状态,还能提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the comprehensive effect of individualized nutrition guidance combined with exercise rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction(CI)and diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods A total of 90 patients with CI and DM who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The routine group(45 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(45 cases)received individualized nutrition guidance combined with exercise rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the routine group.The blood glucose indexes,nutritional status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,compared with the routine group,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 2 weeks,1 month and 2 months of intervention,the nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive effect of individualized nutrition guidance combined with exercise rehabilitation nursing in CI patients with DM is significant,which can not only effectively control the blood glucose level,improve the nutritional status,but also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
