健康行为程式模型下细节护理在2型糖尿病合并重症肺炎急性呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病合并重症肺炎急性呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气患者接受健康行为程式模型下细节护理效果。方法回顾性选取2023年4月—2024年10月泉州市第一医院接收的122例2型糖尿病合并重症肺炎急性呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气患者的临床资料,依护理方案不同分对照组、观察组,均61例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施健康行为程式模型下细节护理。对比两组血糖控制、舒适状况、自我效能及生活质量。结果干预4周后,观察组血糖控制、舒适状况及自我效能均高于对照组,生活质量评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论健康行为程式模型下细节护理能够显著提高患者血糖控制、舒适状况、自我效能及生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of detailed nursing under the health behavior program model in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with severe pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome undergoing mechanical ventilation.Methods The clinical data of 122 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with severe pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome who received mechanical ventilation in Quanzhou First Hospital from April 2023 to October 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing schemes,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received detailed nursing under the health behavior program model.The blood glucose control,comfort status,self-efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the blood glucose control,comfort status and self-efficacy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the quality of life score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Detail nursing under the health behavior program model can significantly improve patients'blood glucose control,comfort,self-efficacy and quality of life.
