摘　　要：目的探究协同护理联合健康教育指导对糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年10月江苏省灌云县精神病医院收治的68例糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照护理方案不同分为对照组(n=34,常规护理干预)与观察组(n=34,协同护理+健康教育指导)。比较两组自我护理能力、血糖水平、生活质量。结果护理后,观察组自我护理能力、生活质量评分均高于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者进行协同护理联合健康教育指导,可促使患者自我护理能力水平提升,有效控制血糖水平,同时对其生活质量也有积极影响。Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing combined with health education guidance on blood glucose control in diabetic patients.Methods The clinical data of 68 diabetic patients admitted to Guanyun Psychiatric Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group(n=34,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=34,collaborative nursing+health education guidance)according to different nursing schemes.The self-care ability,blood glucose levels and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-care ability score,quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing combined with health education guidance for diabetic patients can promote the improvement of patients'self-care ability,achieve effective control of blood glucose level,and also have a positive impact on their quality of life.
