摘　　要：目的探讨奥马哈系统护理模式(Omaha system nursing model,OSM)对心肌梗死(myocardial infarction,MI)合并糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者护理效果的影响。方法纳入2022年6月—2024年6月南京医科大学附属明基医院接诊的74例MI合并DM患者,以不同护理方法分为对照组(37例,接受常规护理模式)、研究组(37例,接受OSM)。对比两组生活质量、血糖水平、并发症发生率。结果护理后,相比于对照组,研究组生活质量评分更高,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率相比于对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OSM在MI合并DM患者的护理中能够有效提升生活质量,降低血糖水平及并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of Omaha system nursing model(OSM)on the nursing effect of patients with myocardial infarction(MI)complicated with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,74 patients with MI and DM admitted to BenQ Medical Center Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were enrolled.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(37 cases,receiving routine nursing model)and study group(37 cases,receiving OSM).The quality of life,blood glucose levels and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the quality of life score of the study group was higher,and the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c were lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion OSM can effectively improve the quality of life,reduce the blood glucose level and the incidence of complications in the nursing of patients with MI and DM.
