摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理措施对糖尿病肾病行血液透析治疗患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2024年3月盐城市第一人民医院收治的60例糖尿病肾病患者,按照护理方法的不同予以分组。常规组(30例)开展常规护理措施,研究组(30例)开展综合护理措施。比较两组患者生存质量评分、血液透析并发症发生率、血糖指标。结果护理后,研究组角色功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能维度评分均高于常规组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组血液透析并发症发生率比常规组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理措施用于糖尿病肾病血液透析治疗患者中的效果理想,能够降低患者透析并发症发生率,提高患者生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on the quality of life of patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected and grouped according to different nursing methods.The conventional group(30 cases)carried out routine nursing measures,and the study group(30 cases)carried out comprehensive nursing measures.The quality of life scores,incidence of hemodialysis complications and blood glucose indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of role function,physical function,emotional function and social function in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose were lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of hemodialysis complications in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing measures in patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis is ideal,which can reduce the incidence of dialysis complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
